Vintage Bakelite Atomic Beehive Art Deco Bullet Head Light Lamp Bicycle Scooter

Black plastic, I believe may be bakelite...No crack or breaks....  measures 7 1/2" long... 2 1/2" across the lens... top screws off and inside is a metal washer with 4 holes that align with the holes inside the bottom... must be for an old bicycle or scooter... but there are no markings, numbers or stamps...
