With this reformer, customize your workout to your current level or push through to reach greater strength and stamina. 4 bands of varying resistance create a variety of different intensity options. Heavier resistance combos engage major muscle groups, while the lighter resistance options work your core. Done while lying down, the cardio rebounder will engage you in an efficient increase of heart rate and strength training. The rebounder engages you in your goals and targets heart rates without heavy impact.
Designed with precision in mind, this reformer is constructed with aluminum rails and ball-bearing rollers for smooth platform movement. The smooth movement puts you in control of your range of motion and repetitions for a powerful workout.
