With this reformer, customize your workout to your current level or push through to reach greater strength and stamina. 4 bands of varying resistance create a wide variety of different intensity options. Heavier resistance combos engage major muscle groups, while the lighter resistance options work your core. Done while lying down, the cardio rebounder will engage you in an efficient increase of heart rate and strength training. The rebounder engages you in your goals and target heart rates without heavy impact.
Pulley risers make changing heights to your body easy and convenient. These adjustments also change intensity and this pully system allows you to adjust quickly and on the fly. The wheeled frame creates easy portability and storage.
Designed for comfort, this model features longer aluminum tracks and a large cushioned platform for smooth, stable movement. An adjustable head rest, high-density foam shoulder pads, hand and foot straps, and a 3 position padded foot bar all allow you to focus on your form and workout, not discomfort over a long session.
