Done while lying down, the cardio rebounder will engage you in an efficient increase of heart rate and strength training. This system's stand elevates the platform 10 inches off the ground, making it easier to get in position to perform workouts. Featuring a foldable and wheeled frame, the unit packs away for clean storage and easy portability throughout your home.
