The 1740 (a 2240 in .177 caliber) has been long discontinued, but this listing is for the same 1740 .177 caliber barrels
If you do convert, you would only need one of these barrels and a bolt/probe for .177 caliber.  That's it!
This Crosman part is freshly new (not old stock) and has never been used.
