    Cinelli Giro D’Italia S4-38 Drop Bars. Condition is "Used". These bars have been drilled for internal cable runs but the drilling does not have to be used. Once the bars are taped, you don’t see the holes. A lot of people don’t want the internal routing because it would not be in keeping with a vintage look.
