I do quite a bit of small parts powder coating. These are the plugs that I use 100% of the time.
They cover the hole size range from 1/64" to 3/4" completely with no gaps in that tot
al range.
These high quality silicone plugs are made to withstand many heat cures up to 600 F.  I have not ever worn any out.
Most of my coating is in the 350 F to 450 F range so I am not even pushing these anywhere near their limit.
They are GREAT for powder coating, but are also useful in plating, anodizing, e-coating and galvanizing operations as well.
They superbly plug both threaded and non-threaded holes and openings.
This thirty-eight (38) piece set includes:
Five (5) of .015" to .062" in 5/8" length.
Ten (10) of .062" to .187" in 5/8" length.
Ten (10) of .125" to .250" in 3/4" length.
